Steps to accessing SG Online
We are excited to introduce you to SG Online. You are just a few steps away from being able to have online access to your retail loans and deposit products with us on your own schedule.
Below you will find a link to begin your registration process. But before you go there, we want to ensure that you have the information you need to hand to properly identify yourself and register on the platform.
1. To begin the process, you first need to navigate to the Go To SG Online button below and click to be taken to SG Online startup page.
2. Once there click on the
button on that page to begin to self-register.
3. To successfully self-register you need to input the following exactly as it is in our system:
- First name
- Last name
- Birth date
- Account Number - loan #, call account #, fixed deposit OR
- Customer ID – customer master
- Email address on file with SigniaGlobe – you will get email notifications to that address so access to it through onboarding is necessary.

Note your account number and customer ID should be on your onboarding documents with SigniaGlobe or on any SigniaGlobe receipt you receive. Should you not have all of the information above, or your information differs from our records you can use the request customer assistance by clicking the button below.
